RecipeLion Cooking Club’s Addie Gundry Featured on Hallmark Channel
March 08 , 2019Northbrook, IL—RecipeLion’s own Addie Gundry visited Hallmark Channel’s Home & Family show to share her recipe for Bacon and Cheddar Quiche on March 8, 2019. She chatted with hosts Debbie Matenopoulos and Cameron Mathison about her culinary journey and new adventures as a chef with a young baby. Check out the video here!
The recipe Gundry presented on the show was featured as part of the RecipeLion Cooking Club, a venture launched in late 2018 where participants have access to a library of cooking classes and accompanying eCookbooks with a new class and eCookbook every week. The Cooking Club is taught by Executive Producer and professionally trained chef Addie Gundry who shares her top tips and tricks for cooking and entertaining. Classes range from beginner level, such as Basic Knife Skills, to seasonal to unique, like How to Make Sushi.
Gundry is also the author of a series of 11 cookbooks produced with St. Martin’s Griffin, an imprint of Macmillan. The most recent books, Cake! and Festive Holiday Recipes, were published in October 2018. She earned her Master’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Auguste Escoffier in France, won Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen in 2015 and has also appeared on Food Network Star. Chef Addie has also worked with big names in food and cooking, such as Christian Etienne, Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, and Martha Stewart and is now bringing that expertise to aspiring chefs.
