AllFreeSewing Celebrates National Sewing Month 2017
October 26 , 2017Northbrook, IL – Prime Publishing joined the sewing and quilting community throughout the month of September to celebrate National Sewing Month 2017. This month-long event brought brand new sewing tutorials, free patterns, and other new content to AllFreeSewing.com. Sewists and quilters were treated to sewing tips from other readers, ideas for quilting on a budget, and a full tutorial for designing a dress without a pattern. National Sewing Month 2017 garnered over 100,000 page views for AllFreeSewing, as well as 12 brand new original projects from top sewing and quilting bloggers.
AllFreeSewing also ran a month-long grand prize giveaway sponsored by BERNINA featuring their Bernina 215 Simple Red Sewing Machine. Riley Blake Designs also sponsored the grand prize giveaway with the chance for readers to win their Crayola Fabric Colors Fat Quarter Pack. In addition to offering a grand prize giveaway totaling over $1,000, AllFreeSewing editors created a free eBook, Top 5 Favorite Free Sewing Patterns, for readers to enjoy. This eBook featured a free quilt pattern from Riley Blake and received over 12,000 page views throughout the month of September.
