Addie Gundry Featured at the International Home & Housewares Show
March 12 , 2018Northbrook, IL – Chef Addie Gundry previewed a recipe from her upcoming cookbook, Easy Chicken Recipes: 103 Inventive Soups, Salads, Casseroles, and Dinners Everyone Will Love, at the 2018 International Home & Housewares Show hosted at the McCormick Place in Chicago. The IHHS is hosted by the International Housewares Association and features brands, restaurants, and chefs from around the world looking to debut their latest products and connect with others in the cooking industry.
Gundry presented in the Cooking Theater on Sunday, March 11. The cooking theater also featured chefs such as Rick Bayless, Fabio Viviani, Christopher Kimball, David Burke, and more. Gundry made the Chicken Rotini Bubble Up and then showed how to broil marshmallow tops on the S’mores Cookies from her cookbook Easy Cookie Recipes: 103 Best Recipes for Chocolate Chip Cookies, Cake Mix Creations, Bars, and Holiday Treats Everyone Will Love.
Addie Gundry received her masters in culinary arts at Auguste Escoffier in Avignon, France and has worked for several notable chefs, including Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, and Martha Stewart on management, restaurant openings, brand development, editorial, marketing, and sales. In 2015, Gundry won Cutthroat Kitchen on The Food Network, and in 2017, she was a participant on Food Network Star.
Easy Chicken Recipes will be released on Tuesday, March 13 along with Homemade Soup Recipes: 103 Easy Recipes for Soups, Stews, Chilis, and Chowders Everyone Will Love.
