RecipeLion Cookbook Featured in Closer Weekly
July 18 , 2017Northbrook, IL—Three recipes from RecipeLion’s latest cookbook, No-Bake Desserts: 103 Easy Recipes for No-Bake Cookies, Bars, and Treats, were featured in the July 24, 2017 issue of Closer Weekly. The recipes, Orange Dreamy Dessert, Strawberry-Raspberry Fluff Cake, and Pineapple Dream Dessert, were highlighted as no-bake treats that work well for upcoming summer activities. Their particular appeal is that none of them melt in the sweltering summer heat, unlike other refreshing no-bake desserts.
No-Bake Desserts was released on July 4, 2017 along with its companion book, Family Favorite Casserole Recipes: 103 Comforting Breakfast Casseroles, Dinner Ideas, and Desserts Everyone Will Love. The books are the first two in RecipeLion’s 103 Recipes series, published with St. Martin’s Griffin. The cookbooks showcase the most popular types of recipes from the RecipeLion family of sites while abiding by author and chef Addie Gundry’s easy, elegant style of cooking. The next two books in the series, Everyday Dinner Ideas and Easy Cookie Recipes, will be released on October 17, 2017.
The RecipeLion cookbooks have had other high-profile press opportunities. Gundry appeared on In the Kitchen with David on QVC and has made appearances on Windy City Live, Good Day Chicago, You & Me This Morning, and more. Gundry also recently attended a book signing at The Book Cellar in Chicago and will be appearing at the Lake Forest Book Store for a signing on August 9, 2017.
