Prime Publishing Celebrates I Love Yarn Day 2015
October 05 , 2015Northbrook, IL – October 17th marks the Craft Yarn Council’s fifth annual I Love Yarn Day celebration, and once again the yarn websites of Prime Publishing are rising to the occasion.
Each day from October 12-17, Stitch & Unwind will be gearing up for the big day with free knit and crochet patterns as well as daily giveaways. Participating companies in this year’s giveaways include Red Heart Yarns, Lion Brand, Premier Yarns, Simplicity, Yarnspirations, and Love Knitting. A full schedule of giveaways can be viewed on the blog. The festivities will conclude with a grand prize giveaway that includes yarn, knitting needles, and crochet hooks that any yarn enthusiast would love.
For this year’s I Love Yarn Day, the Craft Yarn Council encourages yarnies everywhere to teach a newbie their yarn craft of choice with the hashtag #StitchItForward. Participants are encouraged to share their stories on social media using #StitchItForward and #ILYD2015.
