Prime Publishing Celebrates 5 Years of Successful Networking
February 06 , 2017Northbrook, IL — This year marked the 5th anniversary of the annual Prime Publishing LLC Networking Event at the Craft and Hobby Association’s crafting conference, Creativation. For the past five years, Prime Publishing has hosted a networking event in conjunction with sponsoring companies to connect bloggers, authors, and designers with networking opportunities. Over last five years, the event’s attendance has more than doubled. In 2017 alone, over 200 people attended the event to connect with the event’s sponsors, an increase of 25% over 2016. With over 400 crafting manufacturers and businesses showcasing their 12,000+ products at Creativation, this networking event allowed bloggers, authors, and designers to connect and chat with sponsors in a friendly and relaxed setting.
Held in the Renaissance Hotel Phoenix’s ballroom, the event offered free drinks, heavy appetizers, and plenty of room and time to network. Held from 5:30PM – 7:30PM, the event allowed top craft bloggers, authors, and designers to connect with our sponsors and form lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. The sponsors, in turn, were happy to chat and give out samples of their newest and best products.
“Everyone was enthusiastic about the opportunity to meet bloggers, authors and designers that matched their brand,“ remarked Arielle Matlin, the Promotions and Giveaways Editor at Prime Publishing, who works closely with many of the sponsor companies and bloggers in attendance. “After the event, a number of company representatives commented on the great turnout!”
Creativation 2018 is slated for January 18-22, 2018. The Prime Publishing team is already brainstorming ways to plan a bigger and better event next year.
