Prime Publishing Hosts 6th Annual Networking Event at Creativation
February 07 , 2018Northbrook, IL — This year marked the 6th anniversary of the annual Prime Publishing LLC Networking Event at the AFCI’s annual crafting conference, Creativation. For the past six years, Prime Publishing has hosted a networking event in conjunction with sponsoring companies to connect bloggers, authors, and designers with networking opportunities. With more than 400 crafting manufacturers and businesses showcasing their 12,000+ products at Creativation, this networking event allowed bloggers, authors, and designers to connect and chat with sponsors in a friendly and relaxed setting.
Held in the Renaissance Hotel Phoenix’s ballroom from 5:30-7:30 PM, the event offered free drinks, heavy appetizers, and plenty of room and time to network. The event allowed top craft bloggers, authors, and designers to connect with our sponsors and form lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. The sponsors, in turn, were happy to chat and give out samples of their newest and best products.
“This is the MUST-ATTEND event at Creativation for both bloggers and companies,” says Marly Bird, knit and crochet designer of Marlybird.com. “Having the opportunity to discuss collaborations with professionals in the industry in such an energetic setting is priceless. The connections I’ve made at the blogger events have helped me both professionally and personally, and I know that I am not alone in that statement.” Marly is also the National Spokesperson for Red Heart Yarns.
Creativation 2019 is slated for January 17-21, 2019. The Prime Publishing team is already brainstorming ways to plan a bigger and better event next year.
