Easy Cookie Recipes features a mix of classic, shortcut, and social media–worthy recipes for any occasion, from holidays to bake sales to lazy Sundays. Some of the highlights include Apple Pie Bars, 10-Minute Cool Whip Cookies, Maple Sugar Cookies, Classic French Madeleines, and many more.
Easy Cookie Recipes is the third book in the RecipeLion cookbook series, which launched in 2017. The series is a joint venture with St. Martin’s Press, an imprint of Macmillan.
RecipeLion’s latest cookbook, The Lighten Up Cookbook: 103 Easy, Slimmed-Down Favorites for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Everyone Will Love, was released on May 8, 2018. The cookbook features classic American dishes with a lightened-up twist, from nutrient-rich smoothies to easy family dinners to guilt-free desserts. Cake! and Festive Holiday Recipes will be released on October 2, 2018.
Cookbook author and chef, Addie Gundry, has a history with the Food Network. She competed on Cutthroat Kitchen twice, winning in 2015, and was a contestant on season 13 of Food Network Star. She currently serves as the executive producer for the RecipeLion Test Kitchen.
