RecipeLion Releases Cake! Cookbook
October 02 , 2018Northbrook, IL — RecipeLion and Addie Gundry, in partnership with St. Martin’s Griffin, released the latest cookbook in the 103 cookbook series, Cake! 103 Decadent Recipes for Poke Cakes, Dump Cakes, Everyday Cakes, and Special Occasion Cakes Everyone Will Love, on October 2, 2018.
This is the tenth book in the series. Previous books in the series included Family Favorite Casserole Recipes, No-Bake Desserts, Everyday Dinner Ideas, Easy Cookie Recipes, Essential Slow Cooker Recipes, Retro Recipes from the ’50s and ’60s, Homemade Soup Recipes, Easy Chicken Recipes, and The Lighten Up Cookbook. Festive Holiday Recipes will be released on October 16, 2018.
The author of the cookbook series is chef Addie Gundry. She received her masters in culinary arts at Auguste Escoffier in Avignon, France and has worked for several notable chefs, including Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, and Martha Stewart on management, restaurant openings, brand development, editorial, marketing, and sales. Gundry won Cutthroat Kitchen on The Food Network in 2015, and she was a contestant on Food Network Star in 2017. She is currently the Executive Producer of the RecipeLion Test Kitchen, and you can see her every week creating recipes and crafts on the RecipeLion and FaveCrafts Facebook pages.
Recipes featured in the cookbook include Oreo Pudding Poke Cake, Cinnamon Apple Crumb Cake, and Moist Vanilla Mug Cake (shown below).
