Desired Skills & Responsibilities

– Thrives in a competitive, supportive sales environment.
– Enjoys the thrill of the hunt and is excited by cold calling.
– Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Prior sales experience required.  Media, direct response, and/or digital sales experience a plus.
– Has the ability to understand their clients’ needs to develop the right solution to meet their needs.
– Possesses exceptional communication, strong organizational & time management and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
– Is a high user of Internet media (browsers, social media, and mobile technology)
– Sales experience in direct response, CPG, crafts, entertainment, or food-related categories are helpful.

– Penetrate large organizations and agencies to obtain branded and direct response advertising campaigns.
– Engage and strategize with agencies, brokers, and clients to determine their business needs and formulate ad sales programs.
– Help develop sales strategies, respond to RFPs, and generate proposals that meet the objectives of both the advertiser and the business.
– Has 2+ years of sales experience in new customer acquisition and account management (Entry Level).
– Has 6+ years of sales experience in new customer acquisition and account management (Senior Account Executive).

This position requires a strong conceptual and consultative sales approach. While we prefer experience in digital advertising sales, we will consider training candidates with great sales experience who wish to transition into digital advertising sales.

Salary range is $35,000 – $80,000 + commissions and bonuses depending on experience.
